Update, after being on hold, and after the first person blew me off, I got hold of a "supervisor", a lady who actually tried to help.
Long story short, she will get in touch with "order fullfillment" and let me know when I can expect the oil (22 quarts). They will honor price, gift card offer etc.
Just to summarize-
1. first order accepted, then cancelled
2. second order accepted and then cancelled, this time "as requested", well I did not requested this. They also charged my CC!
3. called customer service and vented a bit, result above.
