Possible causes:
*Blown fuses- replace
*Scrambled DME memory due to low voltage- Check and write down any OBDII Error codes. Disconnect battery for 5 minutes and reconnect
*Rodent damage to wiring harness causing short to ground.
Add in... Also possible failed ign switch.
