Yes, you will definitely need longer lugs bolts . Keep this equation in mind:
oem standard lug bolt length 28 mm's + the size (meaning thickness) of the spacer = the length of the lug bolt needed . As far as tires are concerned, in my opinion, 225 & 265 would make for a better balance .
