When you were inspecting the sensors did you check to make sure each rotor was turning freely? Check the pad wear? Inspect the rotor surfaces for any signs of warping or irregular wear? You could even have a broken pad internally, IMO you are going to need to disassemble each caliper, assess one by one and clean and inspect while you're in there.
