You might want to look at Vertex. They sell some reconditioned and new components. Also I believe Elephant Racing has some bushing inserts for sale.

I just checked - Vertex Auto has some rebuilt steering racks for about $450 with a $ 300 core charge. I don't know if this is a particularly good deal or not.
