Darkstorm, keep doing what you're doing. Great job! You are getting good recommendations from all the posters above.

Spark plugs and serpt. belt should have been replaced a long time ago.

You should flush the coolant (you'll need about 2-3 gallons of Porsche conc) and do a trans gear lube change (3 quarts OEM Porsche fluid).

Before your next oil change (I ran 5W40 Red Line for a few years, good stuff) run 2 tank fulls of fuel with Chevron Fuel System Cleaner with Techron. Re-fill the 3 rd tank with fresh untreated gas. Then change oil. This may help your sticky lifter.
