1) updating the IMS bearing doesn't guarantee "no chance of catastrophic failure"'
2) expect to do pretty much everything fivepointnine pointed out in the next 20k miles or so
3) unless it's been done, probably needs brakes, tires, possibly wheel bearings and cv boots.
