The eismann p/n is just for the tip - there are two 5mm(?) allen key bolts on side securing it to the muffler tip should you want to remove it.
The muffler connected to it is OEM w/ p/n (as I see it) is 996.111.121.05. IIRC, it could work for you but depending on MY of muffler and your car, you might have to putz around w/ the hangers some.
