Yes, but only on the early cars. They can be adjusted by inserting a pin or small drill bit into the small balls in the early model nozzles, and then pushing them until the spray is where you need it. The cars with the ball type can adjust side to side as well as up and down. The later cars (01 and later) are fixed cylinder types and cannot be adjusted, only cleaned out or replaced. Just remember to spray a tad on the high side as the wind will deflect it downward. As these nozzles are plastic, do not do this in the cold, and do not try and force them as they will snap off and you will have to replace them. If you have a Bentley's manual, it is on page 92-9, but it is also covered in the OEM manual set in much more detail........
