No alignment changes are needed. If your car is lowered you may need a 5-7mm spacer on the front so your tires don't rub on the struts. Running square definitely extends tire life because you can rotate to all 4 corners for even wear. The extra grip up front does move your brake bias forward so front brakes get a workout. Run high temp brake fluid like Motul 600.
