It is slightly different from the one that is still on the car, but you have to hold them side by side to see any difference. It appears that it will fit either side. There is a plastic rivet that is listed separate to hold it on. Mine came with one in the package, but my independent shop ordered one separately, so I have an extra rivet leftover.
On the front fender rubber lip, you're on your own. I don't have any experience with those. The part looks the same, might be a new superceded part number like the spoiler was.
