Can't beat $300. A few coats of Raggtopp and my canvas looks brand new, seems like a waste to replace the whole thing just to get a new window.
While glass is nice and covenient I think the frame hardware has stretched a bit too much to put new canvas over it, its going to be be a few inches short to be a OEM fit. I went through this hassle with a previous convertible and it was a royal PITA.
Well you do notice the stitch work more than before from the inside since they cut out a shape of plastic about 0.5 inch longer all around than the original window. But from the outside, it looks just like original.

I don't like the glass window Boxsters because it has worse visibility than plastic windows. The glass windows are too small and awkward looking.
