Have a look at the companies who produce fiberglass racing body components, such as GT Racing (
GT Racing — Manufacturer of quality lightweight body panels.) and MA Shaw. I know that both the clam shell and the trunklid are available in fiberglass. That may give you a start to producing the custom piece that you want.
