Yeah they work pretty well in the powder. Had plenty of practice last year. The factory Carreras in Boxster fit took a beating and they are expensive to replace: $500 each (yes for cast alloys), the whole Replica set wasn't much more. I figured I would lessen the punishment by running replicas for December - April this year and I can probably run the winters for a few seasons still, the historic snow falls kept me home quiet a bit last year.. Never been a fan of spacers but since its not for track/autocross season I figured I might be okay. I'll probably log 4K miles by April.
