The dimensions are:
Base Front Disc 298mm x 24mm, Pistons in Calipers 2x40,2x36 mm , pad area 216 cm^2
S Front Disc 319mm x 28mm, Pistons in Calipers 2x40,2x36 mm, pad area 254 cm^2
and as for the front calipers I believe they are exactly the same.

You cannot swap
just the rotors; S rotors and base rotors have both a different diameter and thickness, and are therefore not interchangeable. If you swap rotors
and calipers on the front, it is a bolt on swap, no spacers or adaptors required.
None of the S rear brake components can be mounted on the base rear suspension, you need to swap out the entire rear carrier assembly to accomplish that swap.
