All don't come with PSM, so you have to verify.
The most significant difference is 2005 is a 987, 2004 and prior is 986, significantly redesigned car -- wikipedia has a good article on the boxster that lays out the evolution, HP, etc. over the years.
Otherwise 2004 and earlier is fairly similar, 2003 & 4 have glass rear window, and some other minor differences from 2002.
