Recaro, Cobra, Momo, Corbeau, and Sparco also make seats that are FIA approved at reasonable prices. If you want exact custom color matched materials they cost a lot more. The best containment seat for racing is also the most difficult to get in/out of for street use.

Why choose a FIA approved seat?
They have actually been crash tested and meet minimum safety standards. Stock (DOT approved) seats and FIA approved seats have a long history of withstanding serious crash events and safely containing the occupants.

Why not choose a Chinese knockoff seat? They cost a lot less:
They have never been tested. They might be perfectly safe in a serious crash... they might not. The only way to find our if your untested seat will withstand a potentially fatal crash is to wreck your car. Essentially you are the crash test dummy.

Choose wisely.
