I ordered a TT2 from Pedro a couple of years ago without any issues. In fact, he sent me the TT2 and I mailed him a check later. He is a great guy and asset to the Boxster community. I don't think he has the https because there aren't credit card transactions on his site. At least not when I was on there the last time.
I don't have any experience with the Fabspeed system, but installed a complete system from another company without any CEL problems. I don't think installing secondary cat delete pipes and a muffler on a 2000 or newer will cause a CEL issue. If you install headers without the needed cats you will have an issue.
