I had a very similar oil leak myself and of course the IMS thought was running through my brain, but went out with some electronic parts cleaner and sprayed the area(s) clean, layed down some clean carboard on the garage floor and took the car for a spin, then parked in the garage and waited.
Next morning I could trace back where the oil was coming from, which were two spark plug tubes on the passenger side. Replaced all of them and have had no oil leaks since.
