Really have this noise identified. If this is a Throw out Bearing or Torque tube bearing you have to remove the transmission to repair this. Torque tube is even more difficult to remove. Exhaust, Transmission, Drive lines all has to be removed. Basically like doing a clutch job all over again.

Keep this in mind.
