I guess I made a rookie mistake, I saw that he had over 600 post and he was validated with pay-pal so I figured he would be a safe person to do business with. Oh well, I guess the guy really needed the $50.00 bucks and it did not matter how he got it. Maybe the Pay-Pal claim will get my money back.
