I really don't understand what the deal was with the transmission. They replaced the RMS which indicates your leak was an engine oil leak, not transmission. Do you have to drain the tranny fluid in order to remove the tranny from the car to replace the RMS? How else would they discover metal shavings in the transmission fluid? And assuming there really were metal shavings in the transmission fluid, why would that be "their fault"? If it really was a bad transmission, it wasn't their fault. If it wasn't a bad transmission, why replace it at all? This whole thing is crazy.
