I'm in the tropics, so my car's temp may be on the higher side (??)
For "normal" non-spirited travelling, the temperature is slightly more than 80 degrees C (180 degree F mark ??)
For "spirited" driving, the temperatur is maybe less a touch less than 90 degrees C or at most 90 (esp heavy load eg uphill or constant redline) which is probably the same with or without the low temp thermostat. Makes sense as all the thermostat does is to open earlier, it doesn't increase overall cooling power. But for non-spirited drives, it does lower the temp slightly.
