Were you thinking of converting from 5-1/4 to 6-1/2 drivers for the doors? If so, then I think it'll probably sound pretty good when you're done.
I just installed an Alpine PDX-4.100 amplifier, hooked to the 4 stock speakers and it alone made for a great improvement in sound. I can't wait to get the new 6.5" speakers installed!
