Evidently, Clear is in cahoots in one way or another with Rover in the Houston market. I was told I could not go on month to month with Clear because of their arrangement with Rover, but I could sign a 2 year agreement, so I went that route... It's only $40 to break the contract, unlike an electricity provider or cell phone provider.
