Google pointed to the throw bearing too, but I couldn't find an vid that demonstrated what a failing one sounds like.

Dry? Can that be easily made wet again? :P

Is this something that is easily fixed (probably not - tranny drop, right)?

Is there a danger (or any damage) associated with this bearing failing?
