I have cleaned the MAF sensor and that helped for a while. Then the problem was there again so cleaned the terminals on the o2 sensors this seems to have made it worse...any ideas???
Here's some info for both codes (they're the same only for each cylinder bank):

Possible fault cause
♦ Incorrect signal from MAF sensor
♦ Fuel pressure too high
♦ Fuel injector leaking

Since the codes are for both banks, the leaking injector doesn't seem to apply here. The MAF may be beyond cleaning and needs to be replaced. Also, the fuel pressure regulator may have problems.
