Just a few good ones....join up with our local PCA chapter; Hill Country Region. We do some great drives and always find some interesting locations.

Just keep an eye out for the weather as a lot of those hill country roads have
low water crossings and it doesn't take much this time of year to flood out.

As far as rallying goes -- find a cute little honey --- and on the second
leg through drop her off shopping in F'burg. Then do the second
half of the rally yourself.

Great for driving -- hard on navigation :-)

BTW: my CLH was my wife last year -- and although challenging -- not sure
I'd recommend solo rallying - esp trying to mark off the cattle guards.

Glance at instructions, accelerate, shift, mark cattle guard, brake, down shift,
cattle guard, hard turn, cattle guard, back on the gas, up shift cattle guard,
hard brake, Down shift, more brake, low water crossing, hard gas, cattle guard, sweeping left, hard right, bump, hard left, brake cattle guard, bump, cattle guard, accelerate ..... rinse and repeat. A blast to drive. hard to navigate

The only saving grace was that you knew you should have an even number
of cattle guards :-)
