Thanks for the help and info guys,I appreciate it.

Tomorrow I have the service appointment at 11am,luckily for me the window works fine for now for the exception of the crackling sound and the inability of it to lower properly when opening the door.Wish me and my wallet good luck tomorrow jaja.
