$60 serpentine belt
$75 state inspection*
$35 air filters
$200 odds and ends ( license plate bracket, bumper plugs, ipod connector, etc...)

if you do your own work then you might be able to get close to that number, but $1200/yr might be cutting it close - plus you'll need tires...
