Thats the RMS and cam cover leak. very common. the RMS should be fixed, and do the clutch and IMS upgrade from LN Engineering at the same time.
About 2000$ for all of this. If you dont do it all, you will be very sorry, as the labor is the majority of the expense and you will want / need to do it anyway in the future.
the creaking suspension is also common. If you are not a DIY person, then you can let the creaking go for now. If you want to fix it yourself, then try vertex auto for OE arms at a huge cost savings.
