i just did this job last week and it's not too bad. i used this write-up for reference http://www.dietersmotorsports.com/tech/tech9-03-2003.htm.

a couple tips i'd pass on...buy a pair of hose clamp pliers (i couldn't have done the job without them)... use screw-on type clamps to replace the spring clamps...undo the hoses you can get to from under the car, then pull the tank away from the firewall in the trunk to gain access to the rest of the clamps (such as the one on the oil filler hose).

good luck, take your time, you will swear a few times but i saved over $400 doing this myself. PM me if you need support.
