Prblem is I cannot find "the bolt on top of the ball joint", I spent almost an hour looking for it.. and I must be doing something wrong.

Can someone please explain me what to look for? A picture maybe?

It might be something else.
Check the bolts that hold the muffler to the back of the transmission.

Mine are broken off on my '98, and they make a loose change type of jingle at low rpms when taking off from a stop.
