I had a similar drain on wife's former Grand Cherokee that did not cost ground clearance. Has a brass cap you removed and attached the drain tube. Don't remember who made it but a major company, maybe K&N or an oil company? Bought at Advance Auto.

I have not considered it for the Box cuz I use the LNE magnetic plug.
