I am. The "Bronze" tickets at the hairpin went fast, but I was able to get into the grandstand just after the hairpin. Seems like a good view for 1/2 the price of the "Silver" tickets.
Auberge had a really good rate, is < 1mi from the track & in the middle of the downtown action. There is a Metro line that goes right to the circuit, so any hotel near a metro station is a decent option.

For tickets, I found that Formula1.com has as good a rate as anyone, once you factor in the handling fees, etc. I bought mine directly from
http://www.circuitgillesvilleneuve.ca/grandprix-en/ but after all was said & done, it was the same as the F1 site + the F1 tickets come with a pass lanyard & earplugs.
