Normally, this feature is already built into your radio unit, and you can just adjust the level from 1-7 on the GAL feature in the radio menu. Just look it up in your radio manual, and it will tell you how to set it. It works fine in my car...almost too good, as when I get past 40mph, it gives a bit too much volume boost, and I have to pipe it down a bit manually. Not sure why the feature didn't work in that guy's car to start with.
