I ran out of personal time to troubleshoot it, so I took it to a reputable indie shop. They suspected the leak, so they used their smoke generator to find the crack in the bellows. They installed a new oil filler bellows, and no more CEL.
That cost me about what I paid for the O2 sensors I didn't need, and am now holding.
