Warranty Direct paid for my RMS replacement w/o any problems (it was a different story with WD started when the engine needed to be replaced due to IMS failure some time later
but well eventually they paid)
And yes while we were at it I also had my clutch replaced (the clutch was on me, but the pre-allocated time for the RMS replacement was enough to get also the clutch done)
So it seems to me that you're getting screwed by the shop who quotes you these 14 hours
