It can be any number of things causing the rattle... A loose heatshield, clamp, connection pipe, or even a broken baffle inside the muffler or loose parts inside the cat converter. The only way you're gonna find out is to get under the car and start shaking the pieces to see if anything is loose or banging at those parts with a rubber mallot to see if you can isolate the noise.
