Sounds like 2 unrelated problems.The screech is probably your starter, specifically a thing called a bendix. Not sure if that can be purchased alone or if you need a new starter. You can if you grit your teeth &, drive it a that way for quite awhile if you don't mind frightening small children.
As to your Stalling, did you get a cel before replacing O2 sensors? Is that prob considered solved?
