Sorry for the very late reply, I haven't received any notification of your posting unless it just went to spam or junk mail. Anyhow, I got my order shortly after purchasing it. No issues; however, if you aren't getting prompt service from them go on Ebay, there are plenty of other people willing to earn your business.
