Well if you rounded off the bolt head trying to get it out, you're going to find it difficult to get any other tools on it as space is limited. How did you manage to strip one of those bolts anyway? They're not torqued that tight and certainly shouldn't have any corrosion or anything on them.

Might try finding a pretty big version of those EZ-Out sockets, I don't think you'd have enough room to drill it out (and it's a pretty big fastener to drill out), maybe you'd have enough room to tack weld some material onto the bolt head to help get it out but I'll be honest this doesn't sound fun.
