In Nebraska you're required to display a front plate. The Omaha PD are too lazy to pull you over if that's the only violation. However, the NE State Patrol love to stop you for no front plate (got me on both Boxs). It would be great fun to have them pull you over and then whip up the plate while they're chatting with you.
