I have two follow up questions for you:

Did Jake have to jump through any hoops in order to present evidence to them, or anything else along those lines?

What is the warrantee company name?

And if Jake is watching, what was his opinion of dealing with the warrantee company from his perspective? Would he feel fine getting more business through their customers, or would he rather not ever have to go through that again?
