Hell no mstimley, say it isn't so. I would send that picture to P of north america or at least threaten to( if it was a dealership), Gee, what, they didnt think you would notice afer the duct tape failed in a month? I see oil changes for life in your future, if you can trust them.

Since I am in Ohio also, care to share what dealership, or at least what city?
