The brake light switch is actually attached to your brake pedal.
You basically have to follow the brake pedal up a bit until you see an electrical connector or two, if you also have cruise control or not.

Have you checked your fuses first to see if one blew on you?
Some people have also reported being able to clean the brake switch to get it to work again.
