No problem with that scenario, but unless Cart is fibbing about his age in his profile, the oldest he could be is 37 which would make his med student friend 20. Hopefully he's at least 35.
Plus I've seen several of Cart's pictorals with his various "assistants". I'm not banging on Cart - if he can score the young babes, more power to him. I'm just saying this may be a sign from above. Experience tells me you generally only get 1 warning.
