Q (Quaker State) Horsepower 5w40 full synthetic says that it meets ACEA A3/B3/B4, is approved for use in Ferrari & Maserati and is suitable for use in: VW 502.00, VW 505.00, 503.01, MB 229.5, BMW Long-life-01 and Porsche except Cayenne.
