just changed mine. i know it's probably nothing to most of you guys, but it's the most i've ever done to a car. before this, changing a flat tire and adding gasoline were my limits. :chicken:
just wanted to post a link to
skyler's boxster maintenance page, which helped me a lot by walking me through the steps.
oddly enough, the belt looked to be in perfect condition - no cracks, tears or anything i could see and the "Porsche" text was still quite legible. so i guess i have a spare just in case.
and for what it's worth, i did not have to remove my seats...
