try GIMP
its really cool, and free...has lots of features that photoshop does, its really quick, and not that hard to use after you get used to some things...

its nice to have on hand whn you wanna fix up a few pics before posting.

give it a shot, i have it on my laptop along with windows 7 and its sweet
